ASSEMBLING PROCEDURES for MM KIT SERIES

 
As an example, we explain the assembling procedures of the DIY kit
MM-141S simply.
 
It will be completed approximately 30 min per one box.
The DIY kits include PT-12 terminals, internal wires with crimp
contacts, needle felting as absorption material and the detailed
assembly illustration.
 
You just prepare
a minispanner for 7 mm or a needle-nose plier.
And also, please prepare 
a drill to open the prepared holes and a cross
slot
screwdriver to mount your favorite driver on the MM box.

Step 01:
 

Insert the attached nuts into
the holes of a side board.

They fit neatly into the holes.
Step 02:
 

Reverse the side board
and
stack the inside layered boards
on the side board.
 
 

 
Step 03:
 

Insert two tightening screws
into the holes of
the inside layered boards.
Step 04:
 

Stack
the outside layered boards
on the side board.

(skipped the explanation of
the wiring work of
the attached internal wires.)
 
 

 
Step 05:
 

Insert
the remaining tightening screws
into the holes of
the outside layered boards.
Step 06:
 

Put the other side board
on the MM box
and
insert the remaining nuts
into the holes of the side board.

Temporary tighten the nuts
with the attached L-wrench.
 

 
Step 07:
 

Erect the MM box
in the right direction
and
sandwich in a front baffle board
between both side boards.
Step 08:
 

Final tighten all nuts
with the attached L-wrench.

Complete
the Exponential Curved Back
Loaded Horn Speaker Box.
