Mr.A
living in Aomori prefecture was end-of-life
WCW-2016R's
owner. (The speaker driver is Roiene
RA160.)
He seemed to has a great time mainly on classic
every day. |

However,
unfortunately his house burnt down by the fire of neighboring
house.
WCW-2016R hybrid speakers burned together
at that
time.
Time passed, He decided to build a new
house.
And Hasehiro had his WCW's order again.
But
"No more Roiene driver"
So, Hasehiro recommended
WCW-F200A with
FOSTEX alnico speaker driver F200A to
him.
He agreed readily to Hasehiro's
recommendation. |

His move-in to a
new house is on June 2007.
Hasehiro was relieved to
hear the news.
Because Hasehiro had always had a desire
to
deliver WCW-F200A hybrid speakers when
he
move-in to a new house.
One day Hasehiro
received a CD for acoustic
quality check with a letter from
him before
the delivery date for
WCW-F200A.
The letter said,
I will be
the most comfortable when I
listen |
to cello tone. So
please tune the sound of WCW-F200A for listen to
cello tone
really nice.
The images will be as
follows:
1) Pervasive sound when play and loses
the sound quickly.
2) The sound of the second balcony of
the packed medium-scale
hall.
3) The
gentle warm-hearted midrange and do-not-disturb high
note
and undertone of the
midrange.
And the CD contained about 12
tracks including Unaccompanied
Cello Sonata, Harpsichord
Music, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and From the New
World.
In it is written his desires each
track.
For example,
The 1st
track:
I hope it play the resonance of
cello body when triad (G) cello
with
expression.
The
4th track:
I want a good
feeling to lose the rapidly raised undertone of
the
harpsichord.
The 10th track:
That's females
chorus.
As for WCW-2016R, I listened to it with a
comfortable feeling.
But if I listen to it by car stereo
and portable stereo, I will always
get
unpleasantness.
He would have an ear for
music by listening WCW-2016R for many
years. Additionally,
he likes cello tone.
WCW-2016R's cello had a peculiar
atmosphere of sadness.
WCW-F200A is a beautiful tone but it
has a weak personality
compared to WCW-2016R.
However,
WCW-F200A takes precedence over WCW-2016R in
rich
undertone, dynamism and spaciousness of
orchestra.
Hasehiro has started the tuning of
WCW-F200A with a background
like that. But the tuning
method of WCW is only coordination the
quality and the
quantity of noise absorbing
material. |
At first, Hasehiro set one
felt pad in the air chamber of the left-
sided speaker and
also two felt pads in the air chamber of the
right-
sided one.
And Hasehiro listened to the CD
by monaural channel, with turn
around the balance volume
from side to side.

Sound changes discernibly.
