Sanjo City is metalworking distribution center such as steel store, mold builder, foundry, metal stamping, machining, grindery, ausforming, painting and plating factory... the number is over 1,500. Among these factories, included are woodworking and plastic processing. Therefore, Sanjo City is convenient town to manufacturing, for Hasehiro Audio. For example, only 5 minutes from Hasehiro Audio by car, the factory makes fastening screws of MM-speakers. The plating factory of the fastening screws is in the plating industrial park on the way to the screw factory.   And Tsubame City is just the other side of Sanjo. Tsubame City is well known for western tableware and stainless steel stamping. The cation paint factory of the Trade-in Car Backloaded Horn Speaker (CBH-F08) is in Tsubame City.   Kamo City is also adjoining city of Sanjo. Kamo City is the top producer of chest of drawers made of paulownia in Japan. Hence, woodworking is flourishing in Kamo City. Paint factories of living room furniture are also there. The paint factory of Monocoque Mirrored Designer Horn Speakers (RR-10 series), Pianoblack Mirrored Horn Speakers (PMP series), etc. is in Kamo City. 20 minutes from Hasehiro Audio by car, the factory always paints very carefully even a piece of delicate neutral-colored speaker.   Hasehiro Audio is the envy of company leaders in other prefectures in Japan.     Manufacturing Network   One day, Hasehiro received a phone call from tube amp manufacturer. According to the manufacturer, the previous model of volume controls for tube amp was discontinued. They couldn't find that type of factory in their local town. Can you make that in Sanjo City?   Hasehiro received the samples from them, and he thought they looked easy... but they were not so easy. First, they need to turn off the circumference of aluminium round bar by lathe factory. After that, they need to grind down the flat surface by milling factory. However, both factories looked at the samples uncertainly. The chuck will traces on them when milling because it is soft aluminium material. They said, Multitasking Machine is needed to make them.   So, Hasehiro asked the other subcontract factory. They said, we has Multitasking Machine so we can make them easily. Immediately Hasehiro requested the factory to make them.     Completion   A few weeks later, the factory completed two Volume Controls more good-looking surface than that samples.
