Hasehiro told daily thoughts to Mr.Hayashi, "There are many music lovers. Young people are more familiar with music than us as in iPhone. I hope they can enjoy music with better sound, and I hope they can find music more pleasurable if so. But I have no means to inform them of it because they don't come to an Audio Fair."   Mr.Hayashi said, "Yes, then I'm pleased to have you join the event of the Women's Audio Circle. You have lovely Acrylic See-Through Horn Speakers, and I think it attracts the attention of women. The participants will assemble it, and will enjoy a meal listening to music. Like that, let's make the event together." Mr.Masanori Hayashi started "the Women's Audio Circle" with a jazz critic, Mr.Yasukuni Terashima and a jazz Latin singer, MAYA.     AMA-131SSK Assembly The event was held at Cafe Triode in Tokyo on March 21. A singer, Kanae Izutsu joined in the event as a special guest. Hasehiro prepared three-color paired acrylic see-through horn speakers AMA-131SSK (DIY kit), blue, white and pink.   One AMA-131SSK is assembled in pairs. Naturally, they hoped that women participation in the event, and men participate with a girlfriend, a wife or a daughter. Although it is "the Women's Audio Circle", they regretted that there weren't many women participants in this event. But men had assembled AMA-131SSK with having fun, feeling like a child again.   A guitarist, Tatsuya Koumazaki with a Japanese transverse bamboo flutist, Rie Nakabayashi also participated in the event. A man said to a woman partner,"You're turning a nut reversely." The woman said, "Oh my god I can't believe it." They was assembled it together amicably.   Another woman is tightening a nut with a spanner, but it doesn't tighten because she uses a spanner like a ratchet socket wrench.   These sights gave Hasehiro a pleasant feeling.     Trial Listening In the face of the participants, Hasehiro played "Jidai" Kanae Izutsu over UMU-131SS before assembly. After assembly, respective teams previewed the sound of own acrylic see-through horn speakers in that song.   team BLUE Blue AMA-131SSK with Tang Band W3-1231SH   Blue team's speaker drivers are Tang Band W3-1231SH, and its diaphragm uses titanium.   team PINK Pink AMA-131SSK with DIY Audio SA/F80AMG   Pink team's speaker drivers are DIY Audio SA/F80AMG, and its diaphragm uses magnesium.   team WHITE White AMA-131SSK with PeerLess TG9FD-10-04   White team's speaker drivers are PeerLess TG9FD-10-04, and its diaphragm uses Kevlar fiber.   All the acrylic see-through horn speakers played that song rightly. It seems like they had a lot of fun to listen to different sounds depending on the speaker driver. Opinions flew back and forth during the trial listening. "I think that this (acrylic see-through horn speaker) is a better sound than that (UMU-131SS)." "It (SA/F80AMG) has low sound pressure but a gentle sound."   Hasehiro asked the actual singer Kanae Izutsu,"Which sound did you like best?"  She answered,"Needless to say, I like this one best!" She consciously selected self-assembled colored speaker. All the participants agreed completely and said,"I didn't try to think that DIY would be this fun!" Hasehiro thought it is good that we sell DIY kit because MM kit users make own sound whilst having fun like this.     Fun and Games   After trial listening, a guitarist, Tatsuya Koumazaki with a Japanese transverse bamboo flutist, Rie Nakabayashi played two tunes melodiously using UMU-131SS as PA system.   Then, the game of scissors-paper- rock was performed to the participants.       The prizes are specialties of Hasehiro Audio's hometown such as the Koshihikari produced in Niigata.
