How to Order

Step 01:

We will receive your order via E-Mail or Contact Form
Please make sure that your E-Mail address is spelled correctly if you use Contact Form.

You can refer to the shipping costs and the delivery days on the web, please choose "Niigata" for the
prefecture of sending.

Step 02:

We will inform the commodity prices, the packaging, the Express Mail Service (EMS) charges and the
insurance charges more correctly via E-Mail within 5 business days.
Our delivered term is an insured 100% DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) so our quotation excludes
customs duty and tax on your country.

Why We Use EMS?:
You can always track your item on online. (Tracking Service)
It means you are able to know where your order is.
Some of you may think the shipping cost is expensive, however since we are sending your orders
from Japan to your country we would like to deliver with the safest shipping method.
By using EMS, you do not have to worry about losing your orders.

That said, please indicate how you would like your orders to be shipped with the view to your country's domestic situation if you think EMS charge is too expensive.

Step 03:

We will go into the production after receipt of your payment in full or a portion of the amount for the
goods and the packaging charges.

Step 04:

We will make known the production lead time at the earliest possible time.

Step 05:

We will make known the completion of your ordered items.
At the same time, we will inform you of EMS charges and the insurance charges.

If you cancel your order, we will repay 80% of the advance received within 5 business days if your
orders are our standard items. (We will charge 20% of the advance received as cancellation fees.)
In principle, we cannot repay the advance received even a little if your orders are custom-ordered
items.

Step 06:

We will ship your ordered items after receipt of your payment for the EMS charges, the insurance
charges and the remaining balance.

You will gain the world of authentic backloaded sound a few days later.
